The Small Church Podcast

This is for pastors who are too tired to be impressive, yet refuse to quit. Drawing from thirty years in one local congregation, we name the lie so many absorb: that bigger means more faithful, that a spotlight measures a pastor’s worth, and that growth proves God is pleased. We hold a different conviction—the church was never meant to scale. It was meant to multiply.

Every episode, we talk honestly about bi-vocational work, small-church health, and what faithfulness looks like when no one is keeping score. No growth hacks, no big stages—just the long, unglamorous work of staying put, and the belief that this is how the kingdom has always spread.
