Terri Pease

About Terri

Terri Pease joined the staff for The Park Community Church in 2013, where her primary responsibilities include bookkeeping and back office tasks. In addition to working at The Park, she is a passionate advocate for public education and co-founded a non-profit organization called RootEd, which aims to promote neighborhood public schools through storytelling and advocacy.

Early in her career, Terri worked in sales and marketing, where she lead advertising campaigns, rebranding projects, market research, and tradeshow events. In 2008 she became a stay at home mom to her three children, JD (15), Anna (12), and Claire (10). In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, Robert, and their family, as well as watching college baseball and football.

Terri graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2001. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts in Theology & Mission from Northern Seminary.

The 412 Project is a ministry of The Park Community Church in San Antonio — a congregation committed to sacrificially following Jesus together and joining God in the renewal of all things. Beacon House, The Park’s event and co-working space in San Antonio’s Beacon Hill neighborhood, is part of the same family — a restored historic building that is also home to a suite of licensed professional counselors, with scholarships available for those who need them. What The Park has built and learned in San Antonio, the 412 Project shares with church leaders doing the same work across the country. Three organizations, one family, one mission. As pastors with over thirty years of working in ministry, we understand that your daily responsibilities may look differently than you imagined. Teaching, discipleship, and shepherding drew you into vocational ministry; however, more often than not, you are pulled away from doing what you feel called to do and into managing the business side of the church instead. You are asked to lean into financial forecasting and budgeting, complex human resource issues, and strategic or long-range planning. When you don’t have a strong team around you to help manage these tasks, it can lead to your organization straying away from your mission and vision. Not having the right team around you can lead to unsustainable practices and burnout.

We hope you are surrounded by wise counsel and a robust support system who can use their giftings to bear these burdens alongside you. However, if there is an area where you and your team feel like your ministry could use additional support, 412 Project can help!  We have a proven record of providing accurate and timely bookkeeping and reporting services, one-on-one coaching, strategic planning, managing payroll, taxes, end-of-year reporting, and annual budgeting assistance. Our goal is to create margin in your day so your organization can flourish in living out your mission and vision.
