Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning is considered a best practice of successful organizations. 412 Projects Strategic Planning process includes five elements: Vision, Mission, Goals, SWOT Analysis, & Key Performance Indicators.
412 Project team offers several options to fit your organization’s Strategic Planning needs. These options include two-day off-site workshops (in San Antonio or your town), or we can break your strategic planning process into multiple sessions.
The Strategic Planning process includes a rhythm of regular check-ins throughout the year to check in on Key Performance Indicators. Additional services include Strategic Planning management.
Communications Assessment
Ministry and discipleship within local congregations is all about relationships. Many church leaders are using familiar and convenient means of communication in order to maintain those integral relationships. These methods are often added a bit a time, with some methods being utilized more heavily than others.
It is not often that church leaders step back to assess how they are communicating in order to maintain and develop these vital relationships for discipleship and evangelism.
Part of what we do at the 412 Project is to help leaders take a step back and consider both the methods and means of communication.
- How are these channels being used in a healthy way, and in what ways could they be improved?
- Are the means that are being employed for communication keeping the message the same, or are the nature of those methods actually changing the meaning?
Specialized Coaching
The 412 Project team is available for Leadership Development through One on One sessions and Team Workshop coaching to address specific organizational and leadership needs through limited engagement. We use evidence based coaching to help leaders succeed.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
To develop healthy teams where each person exercises their own gifting, the 412 Project develops healthy leaders and teams through the fivefold ministry listed in Ephesians 4. We are available to work with staff teams and volunteer leaders. Although the five-fold gifts flow from the Apostle Paul’s writing, their scope of impact is relevant for Churches, religious non-profits, or faith driven businesses.
