In an effort to come alongside new and established churches as well as nonprofits, we offer an array of services and support. Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning is considered a best practice of successful organizations. 412 Projects Strategic Planning process includes five elements: Vision, Mission, Goals, SWOT Analysis, & Key Performance Indicators.
412 Project team offers several options to fit your organization’s Strategic Planning needs. These options include two-day off-site workshops (in San Antonio or your town), or we can break your strategic planning process into multiple sessions.
The Strategic Planning process includes a rhythm of regular check-ins throughout the year to check in on Key Performance Indicators. Additional services include Strategic Planning management.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
To develop healthy teams where each person exercises their own gifting, the 412 Project develops healthy leaders and teams through the fivefold ministry listed in Ephesians 4. We are available to work with staff teams and volunteer leaders. Although the five-fold gifts flow from the Apostle Paul’s writing, their scope of impact is relevant for Churches, religious non-profits, or faith driven businesses.
